Ray Shinkle founded Insite in 2000 and built the company to be a contributor to the success of T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon. Ray has worked with T-Mobile, Sprint & Verizon in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois.
Mike Howley joined Insite as a principal in 2003. Mike is an attorney who has represented wireless providers, individuals, tower companies and governmental entities in all facets of the wireless communication industry. In addition, Mike currently serves as the Mayor of the City of Hickory Hills, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago.
